My career in the freight forwarding industry began in 2003 as a customer service representative. Over the years, I have progressed through various roles including warehousing, export (sea and air), import (sea and air), business development, and sales.
The support of my wife and two sons has been a great source of encouragement. Founding MPE Freight PTY LTD in 2022 was a proud moment for me, as it reflects my long-term aspirations and passion for the industry.
The most rewarding part of my role is assisting my customers. I find great satisfaction in being entrusted with a shipment and having the chance to meet, and exceed, their expectations.
